Chola pass(5420m) trekking in Nepal, this is one of the most adventurous treks in the Everest Himalayas. After a wonderful mountain flight to Lukla we follow the Dudh Kosi valley to Namche Bazaar. The trail to Gokyo is a gradual ascent up the valley passing through patches of birch and rhododendron forest where the elusive musk deer can sometimes be seen. Through small yak-grazing settlements we reach the Gokyo lakes where we climb the Gokyo Peak (5480m) and enjoy stunning summit mountain scenery including Everest, Makalu and Cho Oyo. After the Cho La pass, we reach Dzongla. The views of Ama Dablam and Taweche are spectacular. After the Zhongla ascent, we continue towards Gorak Shep and climb to Kala Pattar (5545m) from where we enjoy an impressive up-close view of Everest. Our return route passes through Tengboche, a magnificent location with a fascinating monastery, where we rest and savor the incredible scenery, including magnificent views of Everest, Ama Dablam (6856m), Kantega (6809m), Kwangde (6194m), Nuptse (7879m), Lhotse (8511m) and many more.

Itinerary Details of Chola Pass Trekking
Day 01: Arrival in the Kathmandu Airport, transfer to hotel.(1340M)
Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla(2840m) and then trek to Phakding(2800m,approx-4 hrs)
Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar(3440m) this takes about six hours
Day 04: Namche Bazaar rest day, for Acclimatization trek to Everest view lodge (3800m) to seen view of Everest and other mountain ,Back to Namche Bazaar and visit Hilary and Sherpa museum this takes about five hours
Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Dole (4110M) this takes about six hours
Day 06: Trek from Dole to Machherma(4470m),this takes about five hours
Day 07: Rest day in Machherma for Acclimatization
Day 08: Trek from Machherma to Gokyo (4790m),this takes about four hours
Day 09: Exploration day, walk to Gokyo Ri (5357m) to watch mountains view and visit Dudh pokhari which is situated in 4750M height.
Day 10: Trek from Gokyo to Thangna (4700m),this takes about three hours
Day 11: Trek from Thangna to Dzonglha(4845m) Via Chola Pass (5420m),this takes about eight hours
Day 12: Trek from Dzonglha to Labuche (4940m),this takes about seven hours
Day 13:Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5170 m) this takes about three hours and rest
Day 14:Trek Gorakshep Kalapatther (5545m)and Base camp(5200m) back to Lobuche(5018) this takes about six hours
Day 15: Trek from Lobuche(5218)to Dingboche(4260 m) this takes about four hours
Day 16:Trek from Dingboche to Tengboche (3860 M) this takes about six hours
Day 17: Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar(3440 m) this takes about five hours
Day 18:Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla(2840 m) this takes about eight hours
Day 19: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu Transfer to hotel
Day 20: Full Day sightseeing of Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath & Pashupatinath and Nepalese cultural program with farewell dinner in the evening
Day 21:Final departure, alternatively, join other activities.
