We trek from Lukla via Namche through to Khumjung Tengboche monastery, the seat of Sherpa culture. Amadablam, Thamserku and Toaboche, kangtega tower over you with Everest, Nuptse and Lhotse to the north.
Trekking to base camp of the world’s tallest peak, the Mt. Everest (8,848m) is a thrilling experience in itself. Starting from Kathmandu with a short flight to Lukla, the aerial views of some of the highest mountains Langtang, Jugal Himal, Gaurishankar, Melungtse are spectacular before the flight enters the Khumbu region. The trekking course follows through the Khumbu region from the Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar and it passes through forest of rhododendron, pine juniper and Gompas (monasteries), Chorten (stupas) and mani walls (prayer walls of stone) that are abundant in this area. The Thyangboche monastery, where Mani Rimdu festival is held every October or November is the great cultural and religious center for the people of Solu Khumbu.

Itinerary Details of Everest Kalapathar Trek
Day 01: arrival in Kathmandu airport and Transfer to hotel (1340M)
Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840M) & Trek to Phakding (2800M-Approx.4 hrs)
Day 03: Trek from phakding to Namche Bazzar (3440M,Approx 6 hrs)
Day 04: Namche Bazaar rest day, for Acclimatization trek to Everest view lodge 3800m) to seen Everest and other mountain ,Back to Namche Bazaar ,Hilary and Sherpa museum - approx 5 hrs
Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860M- Approx 5 hrs)
Day 06: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4350M - Approx 4 hrs)
Day 07: Rest day in Dingbotche, for acclimatization, Trek to Chhukung (4730m -appprox 2 hours watch view of Ama Dablam, Island peak and back to Dingbotche.
Day 08: Trek from dingbotche to Lobuche (5018M - Approx 4 hrs)
Day 09: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep & Acclimatization (5170M - Approx 3 hrs )
Day 10: Trek from Gorekshep to Kalapattar (5545M) watch view of Mountains & Trek back down to Pheriche (4280M - approx 6/7 hrs)
Day 11: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3440 M - Approx.7 hrs)
Day 12: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla(2840m-approx 7 hrs)
Day 13: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu & Transfer to hotel, Leisure day and shopping in Kathmandu.
Day 14: Full Day sightseeing in Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath & Pashupatinath and Nepalese cultural program with farewell dinner in the evening.
