This pass also route of annapuna but you have to go different way from Manang not way to Thorong la pass way to tilicho lake.The adventure seekers also know Tilicho Pass as Mesokanta La. It lies on the western part of Nepal attached on Annapurna mass it just above Tilicho. The crossing of the pass requires the use of technical climbing equipment and trekkers must be skilled in the use of this and be prepared. Trekkers must have to careful during the passing period.
This trek is start from Besishahar and end from even Jomsom or Birethanti .Mesokanta la pass trekking route is one of the most popular trekking in Nepal.

Itinerary Details of Mesokanta La Pass Trekking
Day 01 :Arrival in Kathmandu Airporty & transfer to hotel(1350m)
Day 02 : Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (823m.) which takes approximately six hours.
Day 03 : Trek from Beshi shahar to Bahundanda (1305m) and it takes approximately six hours.
Day 04 : Trek from Bahundanda to Chyamche (1430m.) which takes approximately six hours.
Day 05 : Trek from Chyamche (1410m.) to Dharapani (1860m.) and it takes about six hours.
Day 06 : Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2670m.) which takes approximately five and half hours.
Day 07 : Trek from Chame to Pisang (3100m.) which takes approximately five hours. With Lamjung Himal (6893m) sparkling in the morning sun, you set off for Pisang.
Day 08 : Trek from Pisang to Manang (3440m.) and it takes approximately five and half hours. Beyond Pisang, the trail climbs a steep ridge, which affords good views of the Manang valley and Tilicho peak (7145m.).
Day 09 : Rest day at Manang for acclimatization and hang in and around town. This is an important rest and acclimatization day today before crossing the Thorung La.
Day 10 : Trek from Manang to Khangsar village(298m),this takes about five hours
Day 11 : Trek from khangsar village to Tilicho Base Camp(4160m),this takes about four hours
Day 12 : Trek from Tilicho base camp to Tilicho Lake (4919-meter),this takes about four hours
Day 13 : Trekfrom Tilicho Lake to Nam Phu Kharka after crossing Mesokanta La pass(5315m),this takes about six hours
Day 14 : Trek from Nam phu village to Jomsom(2710m), this takes about six hours
Day 15 : Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara, which takes about 20 minutes. The flights are available during the morning time.
Day 16 : Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist mini bus that takes about seven hours. You can also fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu which takes about 25 minutes .Overnight at Hotel
Day 17 : Full Day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley (DurbarSquare, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath & Pashupatinath) and Nepalese cultural program with farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 18 : Final departure ,or alternative Join other activities
