We termed our adventures Mountain Biking Treks (MTBT) or Mountain Biking Trekking (MTB-Trekking), where MTB means a serious mountain bike and Trekking means a serious trekking. The combination of Serious Biking and serious trekking is Nepal Mountain Biking. We love climbing, mountaineering and trekking, rafting and kayaking, mountain biking and just about any outdoor adventure. We also like variety and dynamism of the adventure. So we want to take you on selected trekking trails on the Mountain Biking (MTB) to make the adventure, dynamic, technical, exciting, fast and flexible. There is something about the bike which can convert the drudgery of slogging up the hill or walking relentlessly down the hill into fun, excitement and a skill of flexibility, dexterity, balance and endurance. Combining MTB and YOU, there are powerful psychological forces working in unison with your body and mind and taking you back to your youth. We combine it with other compatible short adventures such as rafting, paragliding, safari, kayaking, climbing and more to make your holiday exciting, productive and memorable.
The ultimate way to explore the Kathmandu Valley and just about any part of Nepal be it Annapurna Region, Upper Mustang, Western Nepal or even Namche Bazaar is on a mountain bike riding. Nepal's diverse terrain is a mountain biker's dream adventure come true. To most places in Nepal, you can only walk in, sometimes you can fly in but you can always bike in. Mountain biking offers an environmentally sound way of exploring Nepal’s magnificent nature, its landscape and living heritage and besides there is no substitute for the health benefits. There are plenty of dirt roads and trails in Nepal to meet every mountain biker's wildest dreams and imagination.
Mountain biking is a convenient and efficient way to explore urban centres such as Pokhara and Kathmandu as well as the countryside. Adventurous souls may plan extended trips to such exotic locations as Namche Bazaar, and western Nepal. You could even do the entire length of Nepal across the plains.
