Rupina La pass is less touristy area of Nepal Himalayas and one of the demanding trekking routes of Gorkha district Manaslu Region. You will be crossing two high passes Rupina la (4643meter) and Larkya la (5213meter) during the trekking period. The snow covered trail of the trek provides you the best opportunity to get experience about natural white snow.

Itinerary Details of Rupin La Pass Trekking
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer to Hotel (1350m)
Day 02: Rest and prepare day for assignment & briefing.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Gorkha (914m.)this takes about six hours. Then trek to Arughat, over night in Tent.
Day 04: Trek From Arughat to Gorkha to Nibel (700m),this takes about five hours and over night in tent.
Day 05: Trek from Nibel to Chanaute (650m),this takes about five hours overnight in camp.
Day 06: Trek from Chanaute to Mandre Khola (1200m), thistakes about five and half hours and over night in tent.
Day 07: Trek from Mandre Khola to Barpak (1900m), thistakes about six hours and over night in the camp.
Day 08: Trek from Barpak to Panga Chhahara (2110m),this takes about five hours and over night in the camp.
Day 09: Trek from Panga Chhahara to Bhendi Goth (2600m), this takes about six hours and then over night in the camp.
Day 10: Trek from Bhendi to Rusi Camp (3100m),this takes about five hours and then over night in the camp.
Day 11: Trek from Rusi Camp to Rupina La Phedi (base camp-1200m),this Takes about seven hours.
Day 12: Rupina La Phedi to Jarang (3400m) after crossing Rupina La pass (4643m).this takes about six hours
Day 13: Trek from Rupina La Pass to Nyak (2350m) and this takes about four hours.
Day 14: Trek from Nyak to Ghap (2380m) this takes about three hours.
Day 15: Trek from Ghap to Namrung (2550 m) this takes about five hours
Day 16: Trek from Namrung to Lho (3180m) this takes about four hours
Day 17: Trek from Lho to Sama Gaon (Gompa-3350m) this takes about five hours
Day 18: Rest days at Sama Gaon for acclimatization (exploring Birendra Lake, monasteries)
Day 19: Trek from Sama Gaon to Samdo (3780m) this takes about six hours
Day 20: Trek from Samdo to Larkya La Phedi (Bazaar-4390m) this takes about five hours
Day 21: Trek from Larkya La Phedi to Larkya La (Pass) (5135m.) to Bimthang (3590 m.)This takes about seven hours.
Day 22: Trek from Bimthang to Dharapani (1860 m.) thistakes about four hours.
Day 23: Trek from Dharapani to Jagat (1800m) this takes about six hours.
Day 24: Trek from Jagat to Nagdi (850m.) and it takes about four hours.
Day 25: Trek from Nagdi to Besishahar (823m.) this takes about four hours.
Day 26: Drive from Besisahar to Kathmandu,this takes about seven hours.
Day 27: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley (DurbarSquare, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath & Pashupatinath) and Nepalese cultural program with farewell dinner in the evening.
