Tilicho Lake situated at the highest altitude in the world at 4919 meters, scenic Manang valley attached with Annapurna and Thorong Peak. Tilicho is not a prohibited area but virtue of its remoteness and altitude, few tourists takes off the popular Annapurna circuit to hike up to the lake Annapurna Region. The most popular trail Annapurna circuit attaches the area. The rugged and picturesque trails show you crystal-clear lake Tilicho, dotted wild flowers, close and superb giant Himalayan panorama.
There are Rhododendron forests to Tibetan fortresses clinging to rocky cliffs which will definitely stun you. Starting with a drive to Beshi sahar you ascend along the Marshyangdi river valley. You pass beneath snowcapped Annapurna’s II, III and IV and a range of 6,000m.peaks stretching north to Tibet.

Itinerary Details of Tilicho Lake Trek

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Airporty & transfer to hotel(1350m)

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (823m.) which takes about six hours over night in lodge.

Day 03: Trek from Beshi shahar to Bahundanda (1305m), which takes about five hours. Overnight in lodge.

Day 04: Trek from Bahundanda to Chyamche (1430m.) which takes about six hours.

Day 05: Trek from Chyamche (1410m.) to Dharapani (1860m.) and it takes about five hours.

Day 06: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2670m.) which takes about five and half-hours.

Day 07: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3100m.), which takes about five hours.

Day 08: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3440m.) and it takes about five and half hours.

Day 09: Rest day at Manang for acclimatization and hang in and around town.

Day 10: Trek from Manang to Khangsar (3734m), which takes about five hours over night in lodge

Day 11: Trek from Khangsar to Tilicho Lake (4920m) and it takes about six hours.

Day 12: Trek from Tilicho Lake to Mesokanto Pass (5315m.),which takes about five hours

Day 13: Trek from Mesokanto Pass to Jomsom (2741 m.) via Thimi (2760 m) which takes six hours.

Day14: Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara, which takes about 20 minutes. The flights are available during the morning time.

Day 15: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist mini bus that takes about seven hours. You can also fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu which takes about 25 minute’s .Overnight at Hotel

Day 16: Full Day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley (DurbarSquare, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath & Pashupatinath) and Nepalese cultural program with farewell dinner in the evening.

Day 17: Final departure, or alternative Join other activities
