In Nepal there are dissimilar the trekking category as a grad as per people feeling to walk hill and Nepal Himalaya. Our client may choose between staying in tea-house or camping trek. To really enjoy your trekking holiday it is important to prepare yourself physically and to choose a trek that which grade Trekking suits for you. For this reason we have graded our treks to provide an indication of what is required. Please remember though, that only minimal exercise is required to prepare you for most of our trips. This easy grad trekking people can do without previous experience. Trekking is essentially day hiking and doesn't require any special training. Hihg Pass TrekkingStrenuous grade Trek:

Strenuous grad trek is difficult the moderate and less then challenging and mountaineering in Nepal Himalaya. Since the terrain can be hard and the days long, hikers on these treks should be in good physical condition and have some previous mountain walking experience. Challenging grad trek is more difficult then Strenuous and less the mountain expedition. Above 5500m to 6500m peaks, high passes are including in this grad. The biggest difference is usually the addition of greater height and length with all the subsequent ramifications these bring.
